The Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and the rare black rhino—are frequently spotted here. You'll also encounter hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and over 500 bird species. The crater's compact size and high wildlife concentration offer exceptional viewing opportunities and excellent photography possibilities.
