Tanzanian, fully — we're based in Arusha, and the people who plan and run your trip live and work here. There's no overseas head office reselling a local operator's trips under a different name.
Will I work with one person throughout, or get passed around?
One planner, start to finish — the same person you first message is who follows your trip through to the ground team and stays reachable while you're traveling.
Can you combine a safari, a Kilimanjaro climb and Zanzibar in one trip?
Yes — that's one of the most common trips we build. One itinerary, one planner, coordinated instead of three separate bookings.
How fast do you reply, and how?
